Chris Mannion joined Harrogate and District 蘑菇视频ios Foundation Trust as Chief People Officer in September 2026.
Chris began his 蘑菇视频ios career on the 蘑菇视频ios Graduate Management Training Scheme in 2007 and has since held a range of senior leadership roles across workforce, organisational development and transformation. Prior to joining HDFT, Chris was Deputy Director of Workforce and Organisational Development at Mid Yorkshire Teaching 蘑菇视频ios Trust.
Chris holds a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He holds the 蘑菇视频ios Leadership Academy鈥檚 Nye Bevan Award in Executive Healthcare Management and is an ACAS-trained workplace mediator. In 2024, Chris was named Deputy People Leader of the Year at the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Awards.
Chris is passionate about the importance of a positive organisational culture, where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to do their best work for patients.
